Bi-xenon / LED headlights on Nissan IDx

Nissan, thanks for green-lighting the IDx.

Give us these LED headlights!!!

If the production model only offers halogens, I'm sorry guys, but I'm out. Needs to have bi-xenons at the very least. I'll even pay the upgrade price to get LED headlights. Just no halogens please!!!

I loved the headlights on the IDx Nismo, the lining around the individual lights just looks better to me, still wont mind lights off of the freeflow

I think that I like the NISMO lights better than the freeflow ones, but both are pretty cool.

Do you think that they will offer both? One for the NISMO model and the other for regular models? Or will they choose one of the headlight designs and offer that on all the models instead?

as much as we want it i dont think its going to happen. led or even bi xenons are still expensive hard to see it trickle down to the idx. we dont have an official price to work with but i guess it could be a possiblitiy.

I think the Nismo lights could be better to keep for a mid cycle refresh, good way to keep continued interest in the vehicle and not just have a good few years while the rest are dead.

The Toyota Corolla these days has standard LED low-beam lights, so there must be a way to produce them inexpensively.

With the IDx supposed to be a more affordable vehicle, what type of headlights do you think that the IDx will come with stock. Do you think that we will get LEDs as an option, or just xenons?
